REPLACEMENT & REFUND

You can send the product back to us if the size, design, stitching, color, or customization of the apparel is not your demand. To the ease of our client, we have made the terms of our returns and exchange policy quite simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible to return the merchandise.

• You can make return requests within the seven days of purchase.
• If there is a fault in the jacket, kindly send a high-resolution picture of that part along with the jacket itself. We will pay you back with only the product’s price, which doesn’t include the delivery and packaging charges.
• We will only clear the amount of the merchandise is unworn and new, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• Moreover, it is preferable to use the same courier service to send back the product we had used. In case a different service has been used, you must provide us with the details and the tracking number.
• After sending back the product, it will take up to 15 days to get the money back or the new product. If you want a new product urgently, you can request, but it will cost an additional amount.
• We will need details to sort out and as proof of purchase.

Purchase Exchange

1. You may exchange your online purchase from our online store.
2. To sort out the matter, you must present the original packing slip, order confirmation email, or your online purchase receipt displayed during checkout within 30 days of the delivery date. Pointer Leathers reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.
3. You can sort out online purchases paid with PayPal by returning to our online store and cannot be returned.
4. Items purchased at us Pointer Leathers eBay or amazon marketplace online stores cannot be returned or exchanged at our online store.

Order canceling

1. Use your account to sign in and to locate the order, and request cancellation. At this point, it is not a confirmed cancellation request. We will inform you of the outcome as soon as possible.
2. You can only request cancellation via call or by signing up for the account. You can’t request cancellation via email. Email is not the way to request cancellation.

Special Condition

We love our customers, and are united to help protect our people safe and make sure every type of process is dealt with fairly, we reserve the right not to refund the following:

• Items with a missing label or an item that has been defaced.
• A lost item or damaged due to fire, big flood, or natural disaster.
• Things that were not purchased directly from Pointer Leathers(For example, items purchased at eBay or amazon marketplace online stores, third-party retailers).
• Items purchased at a sample sale.
• On rare occasions, Pointer Leathers (may refuse a return based on the nature of prior transactions.

Pointer Leathers is not responsible for any missing packages or COD. We can charge a restocking fee of 15% if the product is not returned in original condition. We can refuse delivery of packages received without a Return Authorization based on any type of miscommunication.

Acceptance

1. All the prices on the website are tax inclusive. Customers can make payments at the website using Yoco or credit cards. But the product will be only shifted after getting the full amount.
2. The customers’ credit card information is secured and will not be sorted on the website.
3. We reserve the right to cancel the orders placed by any customer for wrong information or any reason it deems appropriate.
4. Delivery within Pakistan will be free, but in case of shipment outside Pakistan, the customer has to bear the delivery charges over and above any additional duties.
5. The customer can return the product within 15 days of the purchase and get a new product only if the product is defective or has not been appropriately tailored, has not been used by the customer, should have packaging and tags intact, and is returned through a reliable courier service. The customer will get the product after 15 days.
6. We try to deliver the product exactly according to the information given on the website. However, minor differences may occur due to the nature of the fabric and colors, and we will not be responsible for such a case.
7. Our website is always accessible and adequately functioning all the time. In case if you find it hard to search the website, plus if the link is down, we apologize as this might happen due to maintenance purposes. The images and content on the website and the rights reserved by laws and, therefore, should not be used or modified by the customers.
