Before you place your order, we want to make sure you know exactly what you’re signing up for not because we’re trying to hide anything, but because we care about getting it right… for you.

If something doesn’t feel right? We’ll fix it.

Exchanges & Returns

Our jackets are made-to-order, which means as soon as you hit “Buy,” our team starts cutting leather, sewing wool, and embroidering your name. There’s no warehouse full of extras waiting around.

So we can’t cancel or refund after 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, materials are used, time is spent, and it becomes uniquely yours.

That said — if something goes wrong on our end?
→ Wrong size?
→ Wrong color?
→ A loose thread or broken stitch?

You have 30 days from delivery to reach out if there’s an issue with your jacket. We’ll help you exchange it or make things right.

But please understand:

If you just changed your mind? We can’t offer a full refund. These aren’t mass-produced items sitting on shelves — they’re made just for you.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached. No exceptions.
Return shipping costs for size changes or buyer’s remorse? That’s on you. But we’ll cover the cost to send you the correct one if it was our mistake.

Original shipping fees?

Non-refundable. We might ask for photos or measurements to help us understand what happened. Just so we can learn and do better next time.

We’re not trying to be hard. We’re trying to be fair to you, and to the people making your jacket.

Shipping: What To Expect
We ship worldwide — yes, even to your doorstep in London, Sydney, Toronto, or Tokyo — with express delivery, usually arriving in 5–7 business days.

We use trusted couriers like DHL, FedEx, and DPEX — whichever gets your jacket to you fastest and safest.

A few things to know:

Delivery times can shift due to customs, weather, holidays, or local postal delays. We wish we could control all of it… but we can’t.
We don’t include freight insurance by default — but if you’d like it added, just message us before ordering.
Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees? Those are your responsibility.
→ We mark packages as “gifts” where allowed to help reduce them.
→ But ultimately, your country’s rules decide what you pay.
→ Check your local customs website before ordering — it saves everyone headaches later.

How to Make Sure Your Jacket Fits Perfectly

This isn’t off-the-rack clothing. This is a custom. So a little attention upfront = zero regrets later.
 Always check our Size Chart — seriously, take your time.

Measure yourself accurately — chest, sleeve length, torso. We’ll even walk you through it if you’re unsure.

Email us your exact measurements if you’re between sizes, or if you want longer sleeves, a slimmer fit, etc. We love custom requests — just tell us!

Colors on screen? They might look slightly different than in real life. Lighting, phone screens, monitors — they all play tricks. We try our best, but slight variations happen.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer. Double-check. Ask questions. We’re happy to help.

Payment: Safe, Simple, Secure

We accept all major payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover If you’d prefer to pay another way — bank transfer, Apple Pay, crypto, gift card? Just email us first. We’ll do our best to make it work. No gatekeeping here.
